New Parish Life Committee!

Have you been looking for ways to get involved in the incredibly busy St. John’s life? Well, do we have the answer for you! On Monday, June 16 at 7:00 p.m., we will be meeting to discuss the calendar of events that make us such a vibrant community. Suzi Raeside will talk about what we have done in the past i.e. Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper, Maundy Thursday, Parish picnic, Kick-Off Sunday, Harvest Supper and Contra Dance. Together, we will talk about where we might want to go. This is a chance for newcomers and “oldcomers” alike to make these and other events happen. It is a way to meet new people, formulate new friendships, and create other ways of doing things, and yet not have to commit to long-term obligations. It will be project-oriented and a chance to put your own stamp on a part of St. John's traditions and future traditions. Please join us that evening.
