The Top Ten Reasons Why We Love SJ Youth Group

10. They give us great fashion tips...well, at least the girls do!
9. They are so social and hilarious in Sunday School. It's sometimes hard for us to get a word in edgewise. Often we just look at each other (as leaders) and laugh!
8. They make our social events so much fun!  Movie Nights, Game Nights, Bowling, Corn Maze, Video Scavenger Hunt!
7. They tell great jokes...remember the one about the monk in the cellar?
6. They can be such deep thinkers. They have some amazing insights on life.
5. They are willing to be a little vulnerable with each other and are accepting of each other and each other's thoughts.
4. They tell us great stories...parents, your secrets are safe with us! :-)
3. They always are willing and want to help out, help others, and do what's right...Spaghetti Dinner (2 years), food drive, Holly Hill Fair volunteers, babysitting for Uncommon Table, etc...
2. We feel like they are definitely OUR friends, not just us trying to be adult friends to them.
1. MOST IMPORTANTLY, IT SHOWS THAT ST. JOHN'S IS THEIR CHURCH, NOT JUST A CHURCH THAT THEY GO TO. They are comfortable here. They are not just our future church, they are our church right now!!!
