Sermon Series
"All Saints Sunday"
The Rev. Rob Stevens
Today we remember the saints in our life that have seen us in our best light. May we remember these saints and also celebrate God’s love for us and all that is Stronger than death.
MUSIC
In case you missed it! Please enjoy tuning into Sunday evening’s beautiful and powerful Requiem Mass service for All Saints. Under the baton of Olin Johannessen, Associate Music Director, our Parish Choir shone with all the majesty and mystery of Gabriel Fauré’s Requiem, complemented by the wonderfully expressive string quintet, and beautiful organ playing of Jennifer McPherson Mulhern, our Director of Music and Liturgy. Grab a cup of tea, light a candle, close your eyes, and bask in the powerful and expressive music from Sunday evening's service.
A Prayer For An Election
Almighty God, to whom we must account for all our powers and privileges: Guide the people of this community in the election of officials and representatives; that, by faithful administration and wise laws, the rights of all may be protected and our nation be enabled to fulfill your purposes; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
