"If Only We Are Brave Enough”
The Rev. Aaron B. Jenkyn

What does it mean to be named “the light of the world” when we are tired, uncertain, and living in noisy times? Drawing on Jesus’ words in Matthew, Isaiah’s vision of repair, and poet Amanda Gorman's quiet insistence that light is always present, Aaron invites us to consider faith not as heroics, but as staying awake to where love is already asking something of us.

MUSIC

ASH WEDNESDAY SERVICES

Ash Wednesday is on February 18th and marks the beginning of the Season of Lent, and is one of the most holy days of the church year. With the imposition of ashes, we remember that God created every speck of dust, from the ancient stars in the galaxies to each living creature to all of humanity. We are reminded that we came from dust and God's abundant love, and we will return to it someday.

Join us for one of our Ash Wednesday services:
Imposition of Ashes & Rite II Holy Eucharist
12PM spoken service, AND 6PM with music and livestream
