Ascension Day

This Thursday, May 14, we will celebrate Ascension Day at our regularly scheduled Thursday Eucharist at 9:30 a.m.

Ascension Day marks the risen Christ ascending into heaven forty days after Easter. Far from being a story of absence, the Ascension reminds us that Christ remains with us still, drawing all creation into the life and love of God. It is a day filled with hope, promise, and invitation as the Church is sent into the world to continue Christ’s work of mercy, reconciliation, and peace.

We hope you will join us for this beautiful and often overlooked feast day. All are welcome.
