Sermon Series
"Built for Morning"
The Rev. Aaron B. Jenkyn
This sermon explores Jesus’ promise of abundant life and the Easter claim that the shepherd leads us through the night and out into morning. Reflecting on Psalm 23 and the call to trust the shepherd’s voice beyond fear, it invites us to imagine what pasture might lie just beyond the thresholds we hesitate to cross.

GIVING EGGS 2026: AN EGG-CITING UPDATE!
Our St. John’s family has truly outdone itself this season. Thanks to your incredible generosity, our Giving Eggs initiative raised a grand total of $3,317!
Our youth, in collaboration with EPIC, have spent time reflecting and selecting organizations that align with our core values of: Creation Care, Social Justice, Community Outreach. They spent time together tallying the final amounts to be dispersed to each of these carefully chosen causes. This process is more than just counting coins; it’s a meaningful exercise in stewardship and seeing the tangible impact of our community's compassion.
The following are the organizations that they youth chose and how much will be donated to each organization:
Creation Care: Great Bay Discovery Center being presented $1,134
Social Justice: NH Outright being presented $1,183
Community Outreach: Mainspring being presented $1,000
Thank you for supporting our young leaders and for making this Easter season one of such profound impact!
CONCERTS ON THE HILL
This fall, St. John's will mark the 25th anniversary of the installation of our beloved Létourneau pipe organ, and we are kicking off the celebrations early with world-renowned organist Nicole Keller on May 17 at 4PM!
In collaboration with the New Hampshire chapter of the American Guild of Organists, St. John's Concerts On The Hill is proud to present Nicole Keller in recital here in our historic and beautiful sanctuary. Concertgoers will be treated to a performance unlike any other; Keller being hailed as "...an aggressive player with outstanding technique and fine musical sensibilities..." [The Chicago Crusader].
For the first time in St. John's history, attendees seated downstairs will have a front row seat to the action, not only being able to listen to Ms. Keller performing on the fabulous Létourneau organ in our space, but also will be able to see Ms. Keller's performance in real time via high definition projection.
Admission to all Concerts On The Hill events is by suggested donation with the option to purchase tickets in advance for peace of mind. Click here to secure your tickets today!
