This weekly gathering offers a welcoming and non-judgmental space, to slow down, breathe, and cultivate inner awareness. Each session will begin with a simple two minute meditation, followed by the option to share your experience and/or questions with the group, and ending with an opportunity to settle in for a longer (max 12 minute) meditation. No experience is necessary; if you can breathe, you can meditate.
Facilitated by an experienced instructor and longtime member of St. John’s.
