First Cooking Ministry & Upcoming Youth Events

Dear SJC Youth & Youth Family members:

We are excited to pick up our cooking ministry after taking the summer off! We will be gathering this Wednesday, September 28 at 3:00pm in Thaxter Hall at St. John’s. THANK YOU for your RSVP. As of Tuesday at 2PM there are 7 cooks are scheduled to be with us tomorrow afternoon - its so helpful to know you’re planning to be there!!

Students, you are all welcome to bring a friend - this is a non-religious act of service where we get together, prepare meals for Cross Roads House (Portsmouth) and Dover Children’s Home (Dover). It is a lot of fun tackling a big project like this, and many hands truly make for light work.

All are welcome to stay after we complete the cooking and cleanup process for food - that afternoon I’ll ask everyone before we get going who is planning to stay and have supper with us after.

Please share this with your networks, we have so much goodness to offer our communities through this service ministry, and the bonding time we get as a team is really fun.

See you tomorrow! See below for more info!
