The Vestry is the elected lay leadership body of St. John’s, working alongside the clergy to help guide the life and ministry of the parish. Throughout the summer, The Chapel St. Chronicle will feature a different vestry member each week, giving the congregation an opportunity to get to know the people who serve in this important role through photos, stories, and a few fun facts.

Catherine RobBins
My name is Catherine “Cathy” Robbins I moved from Massachusetts to New Hampshire in 2023 and immediately began searching for a new church home. It didn’t take long to be captured by St. John’s website. The energy was palpable and I couldn’t wait to join the Contemplative Prayer group on Thursday mornings. Then, I found Reading Between the Lines on Wednesday mornings.
St. John’s has quickly become a spiritual home for me. What better way to start the week than by soaking in the energy generated by all the kids in the congregation on Sunday mornings! (The sermons and worship are also a plus.) I live in Dover with my ten-month-old grandson (and his parents) and have been fortunate to travel to some amazing places around the world.
